CapXon Capacitors History

1980 - Capxon was founded in Taiwan as a manufacturer or aluminium electrolytic capacitors.

1993 - Capxon capacitor factory was built in Shenzhen, China.

2001 - Capxon aluminium foil factory built in Yichang, China.

2002 - Capxon purchased their own machinery equipment manufacturing company called Yichang Fengshuo Equipment Co., Ltd.

2006 - Capxon setup a second aluminum foil factory was built in Baotou, China which operates with multiple high-voltage forming production lines.

2007 - Capxon was formally made public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

2010 - Capxon and DMTL begin relationship.

2011 - Capxon upgrade their ERP system to improve its highly-efficient operation capability receiving recognition from the famous Japanese manufacturer, Sony.

2013 - Capxon's monthly production capacity of conductive polymer solid capacitors exceeded 100 million pieces.

2014 - $20 million investment made into the automation of Capxon's manufacturing process with advanced control through the ERP system.

2015 - Capxon introduced an automatic examination and online tracking system to optimize manufacturing process management and enhance efficiency.

2019 - Capxon started development on multilayer polymer capacitors (MLPC) with ultra-low ESR

2020 - Capxon launched a new logo to underline development of future technologies.
