DMTL The Apprentice - You're Hired!

In February 2022, DMTL partnered with Knights Training Academy to recruit an apprentice. 

Ellie was looking to achieve an NVQ in Customer Service Administration and felt that with DMTL's heavy focus on Customer Service, DMTL would be a great place to learn!

During her apprenticeship, Ellie progressed brilliantly and in December 2023 Ellie achieved her Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification!

Not only did Ellie pass, Ellie passed with a Distinction in all 3 areas! 

We're all so proud of Ellie. 

DMTL were then pleased to be able to offer Ellie a role within the business as a Sales Coordinator which she duly accepted.

Ellie like the tv series, Friends, and collects Vogue magazines!

Did you know, Ellie can figure skate and once attempted a cartwheel on ice.
